The IniNews 6.0 is available from today as part of INITON's IniStyle service.

The growing mailing lists of our clients made necessary the optimization of the professional newsletter and online direct marketing tool, which functionally was extended by the automatic unsubscribe.

Thanks to the development, our solution became able to operate on distributed server architecture, and it easily handles tens of thousands of fully personalized newsletters.

The Dormitory Management System’s new version (DMS 2.3) helps dormitories to increase their efficiency. By its most important new functions (see below) they could introduce extra services with cost effective administration.

• Support of different voucher types (invoice, cash movements, etc)
• Summarizing invoice generation at the end of every month
• Automatic voucher creation without user interactionSingle and mass voucher printing
• Fee collection on behalf of 3rd party (service provider on behalf of owner, or reverse)
• Invoice cancellation and return handling

After the successful version changes, the new functions are available in Győr, Mosonmagyaróvár, Sopron, and Székesfehérvár from today.

INITON successfully finished the second phase of the loan machine development project, which is supported by National Office for Research and Technology.

The stage’s goal was the creation of a "proof of concept" demo machine. So every necessary component have purchased and integrated and the system became able to simulate the planned operation: the loan process is fully supported and the related repayments are executable.

We used the following parts: 3M 19" touch screen monitor, Fujitsu-Frontech F50 bill dispenser unit, JCM UBA-10-SS bill acceptor, Custom VKP80II-UE receipt printer and OKI B4400 agreement printer.

To increase efficiency University of West Hungary (NymE) aimed to introduce a new monitoring system for real estate operation, because its currently used software couldn’t support completely all buildings of the university. Thanks to the previous successful co operations NymE entrusted INITON and its self owned Universitas Fidelissima Ltd. with implementation of the new IT solution.

The new system’s – called IniMon – main function is the educational building’s operation monitoring. It will fulfill all requirements and regulations related to PPP (Public-Private Partnership) buildings, but during the implementation we’ll take into account other expectations (non educational or non PPP real estates) too.
